I am stuck in week two. For the first 10 days, I set up a sleep window of 6 hours. I was able to get 5.5 hours of sleep for the last three days. Then I increased the window to 6.5 hours. My sleep has been really up and down so far. One night it’s 4 hours and the other night it’s 6 hours. Shall I go back to 6 hour sleep window? I tried AWAKE exercise, I believe it is making me feel less anxious, but not more sleepy.
