    I just signed up, since nothing seems to work for me consistently. I love the idea that optimal sleep is only 7 hrs. I wonder how variable that is for individuals. How long does sleep deprivation last? I've been sleep deprived for so long, it would be nice not to feel tired all the time and be able to exercise properly. I appreciate all the info from Martin. He looks pretty good for an insomniac!

    The new link Martin gave us apparently debunks sleep restriction. http://www.insomnialand.com/new-research-identifies-some-interesting-global-sleep-patterns/ It did work once for me, but not lately.
