Hi I am also new here in fact it is night 1 on this course for me because I’ve had a string of bad nights and I just can’t take it anymore.
I can totally relate to trying to tell my brain to calm down, thank you but pls rest already. Last night I had zero sleep and I was cursing my brain, I really just wanted to cry.. I had so many bad thoughts.
Which is why I’m here now.
Really hoping that being kinder to my brain will help me. I don’t know what else to do..
