    Mantras can be very personal, and I don’t know if this is consistent with the course’s teachings, but a few that work for me are “let it go” and “it just doesn’t matter <right now>”. I have a long engrained habit of going into thinking mode in bed, so this helps me not get tangled up in my thoughts. I just let them pass through like clouds..
