Looking back I can see that most nights that I have little or no sleep, worry, and
anxiety were with me during the day about sleep, even though when I went to bed I tried
to stop those negative thoughts I think my sleep arousal had set me up for a bad night. The nights I have better, or good sleep I was more positive and confident during the day. I did not get my mind all worried about sleep, even though I was tired I got involved in my day and paid less attention to sleep. Reading and looking at Martin’s videos helps me strengthen that believe
