I mostly sleep well now but I do think I still have some ptsd because one bad night and I can really struggle. I don’t fret during the day but when I start to drift my mind will sometimes have a fear response of “you’re tired but what if you can’t sleep?” This can cause a relapse that can sometimes last a couple months. Any tips for that niggy little ptds voice that crops up as I drift off? It can be very frustrating.
