Thank you for your answer. Awakening is restless. Sometimes my heart beats. Sometimes I wake up and immediately think that I will not return to sleep. I would love to sleep in the alarm clock, but I still can’t. That’s why the restlessness. I hope that if I continue to use CBT-I techniques, it will improve even more. The second day I feel pretty good just frustrated me with the everyday waking up in front of the alarm clock.
