I had a similar thought about the 3 things at first. After thinking more about it I decided to view the good things as simple things to be grateful for….like breathing….something I do every day because I am alive, or even being able to get out of bed because my body works. I am fortunate to live in a space where I can take daily walks through fields and woods that can become adventures when I stop to pay attention to the natural world. I hope this helps.
