I will be sincere. I am a Venezuelan inmigrant in Brazil. We have a humanitarian crisis in my country. The first time I came, I was alone, without my family. I was in a support house for inmigrants in Belo Horizonte, and then went to Brasilia. I had never been alone . I sufered from depression, my OCD increased and I had psychotic syntoms. I had never suffered from psychosis. Fortunately, I went back to Venezuela and then back to Brazil. I had a long treatment and am feeling better every day . I have controled my OCD syntoms step by step, even if insomnia persists. When I go to bed I feel sleepy. I don t wake up the same time every day. When I wake up in the middle of the night I get anxious.

    Hi Scott
Sometimes I go to bed at 11pm, sometimes at 12 pm, wake up at 1am, at 2am or 3 am and don ‘t go to bed until the other day.

I think that prayer could work. I suffer from OCD, I had depression and panic attacks and prayers helped me very much. I had side effects with Clonazepan. Now I am trying herbal medicine.
