Thank you for your replies guys, it really means the world to me that I’m not alone in this. Alas the doctor wrote me another weeks worth of tamazapam and diazepam to try help… and I just feel like crying, I’m frightened of a break down guys. What’s melatonin? I will certainly bring this up with my doctor and see if this could help. X
