I have this problem too. In fact, it happens to me for hours. I’m just getting started and hoping the sleep window will reduce this horrible feeling of hours and hours of jerking awake. But is there anything else I can do to calm my nervous system so I don’t do this all night? It’s miserable and makes me feel like I am especially broken. Working on that self-talk, too.
