Thx for your reply Scott. Yes, I can for sure and it’s a learning moment for me. It’s bizarre watching the mind-story becuse I’ve always loved going to bed early and waking early. I have zero issue being awake in the house at 5am when everyone else is sleeping and yet at night I have this strange reaction of being vulnerable, alone, scared. It’s a good chance for me to see how the brain creates panic where none needs to be. So yes, learning to find activities that fit for me in those late hours is important.
