Oh, I also listened to the meditation tapes , I think I fell asleep to them. The ones from UCLA that someone posted on here. Also, only using my room to sleep and no earlier than 10pm. You guys truly helped me too!
Thank you for your response. It got so bad 3 days no sleep I was feeling light headed and blurry vision. I went to my local ER. I was prescribed a low dose of Xanax 0.5mg to get me through the weekend. It was a lifesaver. I took one before bed and slept from 10pm until 8am. The doctor wants me to make an appointment with my GYN (as I am recently going through surgical menopause) check my hormones. And maybe some CBT with a therapist. So happy to finally find a doctor who was supportive and cared and not trying to give me an antidepressant and send me on my way! I’ve had a great day of mountain bike riding! Hoping to get this figured out and back to my life and sleeping without any meds!
