After two nights of late bedtime 12am and max 5h sleep (the 1st night hard to sleep after almost fallen asleep, the 2nd night my son woke me just before 5am), I’m looking forward to when I’m done with this experiment.
It feels like my body & mind needs at least 6 hours to function well and now it was long since I had more, thus the despair. Is it strange to feel this way? Before I thought it was 7,5 but now I know better.
