    a little addition: I thought I had to work on my insecurity or fear around sleeping first in order for sleep to return but the opposite has happened. My sleep is returning and at the same time my fear is leaving. Interesting indeed.

    I’m implementing sleep restriction since about 3 nights only with already amazing results. I’ve extended my bedtime for a few hours and I get really sleepy. I haven’t experienced this feeling since the insomnia started. it’s a wonderful feeling. I thought that feeling would never return. so basically that’s the major change at the moment with results after the first night. from only 2 hours sleep or no sleep at all to 5 hours of sleep with only one wake up. incredible. thank you for providing me with this information. I feel alive again and I feel this tremendous burden has suddenly been lifted. I have been to so many practitioners since the insomnia started and no one ever mentioned CBTI. thank you. thank you. this information is so valuable.

    the information is still new for me and I’m right at the beginning of making some changes. I would love to hear from others
