As mentioned in my post from last week, I knew it was crucial to absolutely stick with a sleep schedule in terms of waking up the same time and not going to bed before a certain time and avoid as many naps and snoozes during the day. It worked “wonders” in terms of uninterrupted sleep compared to the past years before as described above. Highly recommend sticking with it till change happens.
The 3 good things exercise. This one I actually knew about prior to this course. Didn’t implement it before the course. Done it every day. Missed yesterday though. I personally feel it helps. Gratefulness allow more positive energy and I opens my heart. Ending the day on it has done me nothing bad.
