✘ Not a clientThank you for sharing. I am on a restricted sleep window at the minute if 6.5 hours. I note what you say and that going to bed again after going to the loo is something to do. I note in particular you don’t care whether you sleep or not. Something I am learning.

I want to continue nocturnal sleeping. I am new to this approach to sleep. Have you any good ideas how to challenge the 8 and 9 o clock sleepiness feeling. I just keep trying diffferent things at the minute such as getting up and doing the washing up as well as standing up.Martin Gash
