Sorry, I didn’t see your response earlier it fell into spam. The tips are from the emails I get from the insomnia coach. Things such as waiting until I am sleepy to go to bed not just tired or fatigued. Also, keeping myself up during the day and trying to live as normal a life as possible. It really has helped tremendously. I feel somewhat better lately. I was going to bed after 2:00 am and getting up multiple times and then getting out of bed at 10:00 am. But for the last two weeks I am getting up consistently between 7:30 am- 8:00 am and not paying attention to bedtime too much and just going to bed when sleepy typically between 12:30-1:30 am. I get up when I can’t sleep and watch tv and then go back to bed when I feel sleepy again.
I had a bad night the night before last but it was because I was anxious about something the next day and was thinking about sleep too much which is counterintuitive and something I need to work on.
