Thank you so much. Yes I need to push through and do all of those things even though I feel extremely tired, and I can’t let the restless sleep interfere with all of those actions.

Hi Martin, any suggestions on what I should do? Thank you.

Hi Martin, life would be different If I could get the kind of sleep I want to get because I will feel more happy and get to do things I love to do again. I will have more energy at work and to go workout. I will be able to hang with friends and family again. I won’t have to make excuses for avoiding family functions and gatherings because I’m always tired. My health will improve as I will be able to go to the gym again and eat healthy again. My relationships will improve as everyone won’t say that I’m quiet and look tired all the time. Getting good sleep will help me create new friends.

I started my sleep window at 12am to 6:30am and did this consistently for 3 months. I would still have restless sleep each night and would feel extremely tired throughout the day and had no energy to do anything.

My sleep at the current time is from 11:00pm to 6:30am. Over the past couple weeks, I would say i get 5-6 hours a night of restless sleep each night. It is harder for me to stay sleep.
