✓ ClientHi there how did you let go of control of your insomnia I don’t no why but I can’t seem to stop my bad thoughts even when I have good nights
Michael
✓ ClientYes Richard I have had sleep insomnia for 7 months were I stayed a wake for 5 days and nights this was the best thing I did to take this course. The sleep window was the same as you I went to bed at 12 am and woke up at 7 in the morning and most nights I only got 3 hours sleep but it took 6 weeks for the sleep window to work but it did as you go through the course you must accept that you have insomnia and you must acknowledge that you must accept sleep awakness you will learn this though this course and you must practice what Martin says do not rush though the course take your time and you will see a big change in your sleep I still do have bad nights but not as many once you accept that you have this insomnia your mind will accept it i no it’s hard starting the sleep window but it takes time and hard work but you will get there
Michael
✓ ClientYes I have it is hard but it dose work you got to stay with the advice that Martin has talked about.

✓ ClientYou should stay in bed as if you get out of your brain will remember that you are in danger so accept the bed I have the same problem my sleep window is midnight till 7am but I don’t feel sleepy so I go to bed at one o’clock in the morning and wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning you will find you have your good nights and you will have a few nights with out sleep but you have to accept that you have insomnia and tell your Brian that you have to accept it if you I would try going to bed at a 11-30 pm and getting up at 6 am I’d not take sleeping tablets
