I have just started following a sleep window. My window is 11-6 hoping to get my typical 6 hours. Despite my best intentions I micro dozed last night while watching tv before bed. I fell asleep around 11 and woke at 1:30, got out of bed at 2:30 worked on a puzzle until 3:30 then got light slap 3:30 – 6. My biggest problem is that I have an anxiety disorder that is triggered when I wake up in the middle of the night or can’t fall asleep in the beginning of the night. My anxious brain can easily over ride my sleep drive, this is my main problem. I do a lot of self care, talk therapy, yoga, transcendental meditation, daily exercise, clean diet, no alcohol or drugs, no prescription drugs…
