Hi Martin, yeahh before I usually sleep very early like 7:30 to 8pm even if I’m not sleepy yet, but I stop that, and only go to bed when I’m sleepy enough, and once I can’t sleep like for 40 mins, I get out of bed, and go to another room, read books, meditate for about for 40 mins, once I yawn couple of times, then when to bed straight and sleep. About the almond milk, it’s just suggestions of my friend who works in health industry, I search about the benefits of almond milk and it says almond milk or any milk before bedtime is good.

Hi guys, well I have a good news, the first time I post this is on April 21 that’s Friday. I remember going to sleep Friday. I told myself will try sleeping late, ( sleep window ), and I remember drinking coconut water that night before going to bed. Had a good night sleep that night. Then the following 3 nights I practice the stimulus control, and you know, it’s been almost 1 month now, I only had 2 nights bad night sleep, the rest it’s amazing sleep, so I thought from this moving forward, will continue doing stimulus control, and also drinking almond milk before bedtime

Hi martin, thanks for responding. Im michael, the one whos emailing you yesterday, i will finish this course and practice all the things that I will learn, and once there is an improvement, will definitely get rid of the medication. I dont like to take medicine, coz I consider myself a healthy dude, I exercise daily, eat the right food, already get rid of the coffee and alcohol, do medication, breathing technique, progressive muscle relaxation and all the boring stuff, its just that I cant fall asleep, but will try to learn and practice the things that you teach here in the course.
