okay its concrete… unprocessed salt like himalya is better…. can handle a little like maybe 1/4 teaspoon a day. No unprocessed salt for me at all. But even himalaya salt affects sleep if i take a lot. coincidentally i took a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda for a couple of nghts and that affected sleep and mod too. So did eatng lots of cheese. Its all due to sodium. The deeper and longer sleep occurs when i reduce sodium and on top of this if i eat 10 bannanas a day (it must be a sodium potassium channels balance thng), i feel so good almost invincible.. Mood is brilliant too and function normally and have so much energy as well as sleeping well. I think i Solved my hell after 10 years. Now ill see how it holds. I will have no salt for a couple of weeks and then add 1/4 teaspoon of himalya salt sprinkled on food. We need salt but we take too much. Then i can report long term results.

Okay yesterday added a little table salt to my meal. Just a a coupe of sprinkle…..and my insomnia returned. So did poor mood. So now its no salt for anther few days to return to baseline. Then will try celtic sea salt or himalya sea alt. Maybe i have an allery or insensitivity to other ingredients in table salt. Maybe yu guys can research brain allergies….many issues like ours can be due to immune reactions affecting brain chemistry and that having a knock on effect on sleep causing insomnia.

Salt is a big culprit in my issues….i am calm too and energy is way up brain functioning normal. . I had anxiety before as well as the insomnia.
