Martin, I don’t recall anything specific besides that was been super busy with work and organizing different things and just feeling overwhelmed with responsabilities
I use to go to bed at 8:30 because I wake up To go to work at 5:30am and I always slept around 7 hours
Now I am going to bed at 9pm to wake up at 5:30 but last night for example I think I fell asleep maybe 4 hours later or so. Last night I got maybe about 2 hours of sleep, the night before around 6 and before around 5.
I am having a hard time calming down, my heart beats very fast and my husband falls asleep easily and that makes me feel much more anxious and then seeing that he is sleeping and I am not makes me more anxious. I am anxious about not sleeping and about what consequences that is going to bring for me. I hace been super careful about sleep as I think its so key in my life because I am an anxious person and not being able to sleep enough makes me scared.
