I had a LOT of anxiety and the doctor I was seeing gave me klonopin and I hated it. It helped me sleep, but it wasn’t a good quality sleep and it made me groggy during the day. I tried CBD (I used the 10mg gummies) instead and found it to be much better. It took a few days to start working but, when combining it with CBT-I, I started sleeping much better. After I got into a good routine, I stopped taking the CBD as well. I wish you luck, and hope your treatment was successful!
Hi Dazzio and Alice, could I join your group as well? Also going through my first week and have had some highs and lows.
No advice but wanted to say that I’m right there with you. My first few days of sleep restriction went great and I fell asleep right away. But two nights ago it took me an hour and then last night I didn’t fall asleep until 5am. Not sure how I got so off track but it’s frustrating. I hope these setbacks are normal and others can share their experience.
