Hi @Scott, thank you for replying to my original message, I apologize for my typos. I’ve been struggling with insomnia for a couple of years now, at least the last 5 years. I’ve always felt that my generalized anxiety and my insomnia problems were closely tied. After watching Martin’s video on anxiety and sleep I feel like I might have a little bit of insight on how to address the problem, which paradoxically might mean stop trying to “fix” the problem. Happy to be a part of a community struggling with similar issues, it’s been hard finding people to empathize with, cheers.
