My main struggle is this sleep window if I stay on the sofa as long as possible i end up falling asleep on the sofa around 10pm wake up at 11pm then stay awake until very early hours or I stay awake downstairs for as long as possible until I’m sleepy go straight up to bed but when I go up I lay there till 5am ish
I get up when I can’t sleep go back downstairs read a book till sleepy then try again but nothing
Then the alarm goes off for work and I’ve had an hours sleep if that
I get up the same time every day which is 7.45am
What could I do different
Can I please ask how u managed to stop the fear mine comes on so strong even when I think of bed
