Thanks Amber27, that sounds rough. Prednisone is strong stuff, that must be a huge challenge.

And thanks Martin, I will look at those specific episodes. I’m planning to sign up for your sleep course as soon as I’m past a little run of trips I’m just about to make. I want to to do it when I can do it properly. Thanks for providing all this help.
