    First sleep restriction really helps, and also I accept that my anxiety is there, but “so what” it becomes my mantra in life. Also I tried to be as active in work, meet friends more, go to church and exercise regularly (30 minutes to 1 hour a day). I also eat healthy foods now and take my vitamins. I also stop caring if I couldn’t sleep 8 hours a day, I just moved on with that idea, after that I was able to sleep so well. Thankfully, I don’t need my anti-anxiety meds now. Your 14 day free subscription helps a lot, just be patient and just lessen the time wondering if your night will be good or bad and everything will get better. Just to add having a strong faith really changes the game.
