You pose a good question. I believe he is saying that because he doesn’t want you to be too preoccupied with sleep and thinking about it so much. Tracking sleep engages with the issue when it’s supposed to be a natural process. I hope that helps.
Thanks so much for your support. And yes my problem solving brain wants to fix things at night. I actually slept last night till had to go to the bathroom at 3:30 am and then couldn’t fall back to sleep but that is still pretty good for me so I’m happy I got some sleep. What helped me was EFT since I carry so much anxiety. I’m trying to figure out how helpful the course is for people. Hope you are in a much better place.
