Hi Vic, I have been off 1 mg of clonzapam, another deadly benzo since May 1 after an agonizing 7 week taper. Even though I was only on it for less than 3 months I was told my brain will be effected with sleep disturbance(problems falling and staying asleep)for another 6 months! I found this sleep website only a few weeks ago but think it has helpful sleep info. And….our related sleep issues go beyond cognitive therapy.
