Hi Anyone..
If I’m only sleeping between 3 to 4 hours..
Let’s say 3.5 hours..
Should I shorten my sleep windows to 4.5 hours..
Or stay with 5 to 5.5 hours…
Also any tips on accurate sleep time..
While trying not to watch the clock..
Any help would be appreciated…
