Yep, sounds like me. I describe it as having my brain on fire! Plus terrible tinnitus which makes things worse. I’m trying sleep restriction and getting some sleep. Bedtime 1am to 6:30am. I’m thankful if I even get 2 or 3 hours. Some nights I don’t sleep at all. Pure misery.

That’s about the same amount of sleep I’m getting. This has been going on for months. I’m only just on week 1 with the course. I haven’t implemented sleep restriction yet, please keep posting and give updates. 4:30 am does seem a bit extreme. Praying you will find relief.
