That’s certainly what the NHS seems to think. Strange thing was when I went on the AIP diet for 3 days I slept really well. Then I stopped and I didn’t. The trouble is, its really stringent and not something that I’d want to do for very long and it would take ages to test out each food one by one. The problem is I’ve tried all the normal things and nothing really seems to work. I suspect you’re probably right though – probably coincidence.
