So even if I was never cancelling plans regardless of my bad sleep I was still focusing on my sleep and was continuing thinking about it and trying to make sleep happen.
When I hear on your podcasts people saying that they were always cancelling plans and taking naps before they started the course , and after they start it they stops doing that and this really helped them , I don’t relay this to myself because I am never cancelling plans and to be fair this really put me down a bit , because now I am thinking okay all of this is helping others but not me and this brings more anxiety!
However I think even if I am not cancelling plans I still put too much attention into sleep.
Maybe if I continue not cancelling plans , but really move my attention away from sleep this could help ?
Just wanted someone to share if they are having same issue or I was looking for advice really.
