On a similar note here, I tend to find I fall asleep much quicker/more easily when I’m on my couch while watching TV. I was wondering if I could do this right before my sleep window into the window, then transfer to the bed with the TV on after I’ve slept? Or, may I watch TV while in bed right before the sleep window in order to fall asleep? I also know I don’t want to form a dependency on the couch or the TV…
