I’m wondering the same thing. I emailed Martin, so I’ll update you if I get a response. However, in case helpful, last night I decided that for me, it would mean no sleeping pills (I was only taking about half a pill a few times a week, so it wasn’t a nightly thing). That’s really one of my big goals, and so I felt I needed to just rip off the band aid. I managed last night, but obviously have a long way to go!
I actually introduced reading a book in bed last night, as it’s one of the few things that makes me feel sleepy, but I took out a lot of my other rituals: supplements, sleepy drinks, etc. And pushed back my bedtime by an hour.
