I am doing very good with tapering. Now more nights I can Sleep without meds
I am up to every 3 rd night

I am taking multiple pills
Clonazepam, ambien, xenex, hydroxyzene, some times melatonin.
My insomnia was very challenging.
I am getting there.getting success gradual tapering tabletsRaju

Is a big challenge. I cutting then 3/4 for 3 weeks. Then 1/2 lose for 5 weeks.
Still, I am taking on and off
Is tough road because I am taking pills very long time more then 10 years
But i am getting there slowly. Also I follow dr guy meadows and Gregg Jacob’s insomnia books have nice plan to slowly taper so combination of Martin’s tips about changing concepts and implementing sleep window with this books help me a lotRaju

How many hours of sleep window initially you follow starting of my window my mind still goes in same old cycle what if I do not sleep and then surrender to pills to go generate sleep

I am traveling 10th February for 3 weeks abroad. Will be difficult to follow during that period. Because hard to follow in different time zone and inconsistent sleep schedule. Any advice should I continue doing the same excersise
