I always thought that any kind of screen time before bed was a no no for CBT-I. If it is ok, then I think that would make staying up longer much easier.
I enjoy watching TV but I thought it was bad to watch TV before sleep. Is this ok?
My target bedtime was midnight. I found that if I read outside my bedroom I would start falling asleep before midnight. But once I went into bed I could not sleep.
Other than read, I didn’t know what else to do with myself until midnight.
