✓ ClientHi I too take antidepressants and sleeping medications. I have also had a major burnout about 8 years ago so I can understand how your mood isn’t quite regulated but I so wish I would have learned this stuff when I first experienced the burn out (which was also the onset of my insomnia) I would have been so much better off.
I would definitely encourage you to start the course- you’ll probably learn a lot of things on mood -how to handle difficult thoughts, feelings etc.. at least that is what I have heard we will learn from listening to the podcasts.I am hoping that through learning about insomnia and how we interact with it will help me get off or at least cut down drastically my dependence on sleeping medications.

✓ ClientHI, yes I have had those in the past as well. It was usually when I’m very stressed, anxious about sleep or just stressed with life. They are the worst, I’m only in my first week so I don’t have much advice just to let you know that you’re not alone in your experience
