Robin F.✘ Not a client
Hi Martin,
I sent Geraldine an email explaining an unexpected health problem I am having which is causing further problems with my sleep. Because of this I didn't think doing a trial at this time would be fair, but I asked Geraldine what she thought. She suggested I wait until this problem is resolved, try it then, and follow up with her. Thought you should know, too.
Take care,
Robin Foster
Robin F.✘ Not a clientI'd love to give it a try!
Robin F.✘ Not a clientHi Amy 🙂
Thanks for the welcome. I read your info. I can only imagine how hard life must be with both you and your husband having the problems you do. I've suffered from depression, too, but thankfully not anymore. I hope you're able to find some help here.

Robin F.✘ Not a clientWelcome, Kari. I have suffered from anxiety, too. I found, for me, that bentonite clay worked very well in getting rid of my anxiety. It also helped with my insomnia, but not consistently. Just in case you don't know, bentonite clay removes toxins from the body and is also an easily absorbable form of minerals. If you're interested in more info, feel free to email me. In any event, I hope you are able to find some help here. 🙂
Robin F.✘ Not a clientHmmmm, an interesting suggestion, Martin. I didn't know what Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is, so I did a quick google search. You might have something there. I shall look into it further. Thanks!
Robin F.✘ Not a clientThanks for the welcome, xdunlapx and Martin. In answer to your questions, Martin, my insomnia started after the birth of my second child. It was just one of many problems I experienced at that time. I've been to only one specialist, a neurologist, who said I wasn't a candidate for a sleep study. I saw him a couple of months ago. The only help he offered me was behavior modification. Because of all of my health problems, I've done a lot of research into alternative medicine. I've cured myself of many of the problems that started at that time, but I still have a few, insomnia being one.
I found the books in the store section intriguing. I was able to request many of them from my library. I haven't tried that route yet, so I'm looking forward to seeing if they offer me any help. I'd love to hear of any success others have had through reading one of these books.
