I tried 5 sessions with a hypnotherapist but it didn't help my insomnia. The hypnotherapist claimed to have had success in treating people for insomnia, but told me that after 5 sessions if her therapy wan't causing any change in my insomnia then I was probably wasting my money if I attended additonal sessions.
Well at least they were honest
rusty rake✘ Not a clientI think it just says shy based on however many posts someone makes?
My words for today: nervous, concerned.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientOK.
Question 1: What is the fastest speed you have driven?
I think my answer is 100mph when I was younger. Seemed to be a milestone that was there to be reached.
What about everyone else?
rusty rake✘ Not a clientI would like to try these if the offer still stands.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientIntersting. I see gman and gegatso mention anxiety. Do these devices only work when insomnia is caused by anxiety?
rusty rake✘ Not a clientHope you are feeling better and like owl says please give us more details so we can help out if possible even if its just some support.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientDid you ever learn more about your breathing patterns? If hidden breathing problems are behind a lot of insomnia cases then maybe that is why meditation etc can sometimes help like noonnomad said.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientI have not heard of this. have you tried it?
rusty rake✘ Not a clientI think the temperatures can affect my sleep because if it is too hot or too cold sleep is harder. Most people say the seasons change sleep because of the light changes but for me I think it is more temperature.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientI have read a hypnotherapy book by Paul Mckenna but I don't think it really helped because I think my sleep is messed up because of my sleep cycle due to shift working.
That being said I am sure real one on one hypnotherapy will be more effective than just reading a book.
rusty rake✘ Not a clientYou know you need more sleep when you see the clock says 3 and you automatically think it means 3 in the morning not 3 in the afternoon
rusty rake✘ Not a clientAlways exciting to move into a new home. Do you live by yourself? How is the settling in going
