Hope you’re feeling better today. I would suggest living your life instead of letting insomnia rule you. If you want to travel, go travel, if you want to go out at night then do that. My biggest takeaway was from week 1 was to stop giving insomnia fuel, do whatever you want to do to live a full and happy life. Your sleep will be there, you will sleep, so don’t let it stop you from living your life. I think once you start doing that things will get better.
