    I don’t find difficulty to fall a sleep after going to the bed. No issues sleeping initial 4/5 hours. I believe I get deep sleep in those periods. The problem starts when I go light sleep phase in the early morning. I just wake up abruptly and the suddenly panic, anxiety run through my mind. I just wonder why all these happening and thoughts are coming to mind. Then I try to apply NOW and AWAKE exercise. But still I’m not able to sleep. Somedays I just lie down on the bed for longer time and then fall sleep again for half an hour.

    Yes I’m applying NOW and AWAKE exercise as you mentioned in the course. Some how the panic overpowers that I won’t be able to get sleep. Sometime I just lie down in the bed and listen to the sleep songs or sometime get frustrated and watch YouTube.

    Thanks for all your support. I’m now in the 2nd week of session. I’m trying to implement both sleep window as well as AWAKE. I set the sleep window between 11:30pm ~ 6:15am. I almost get everyday racing thoughts which overpowers me to be relaxed and sleep again. The AWAKE session certainly helping me how to remain calm and relaxed.
