Love the positive response. What has been your sleep window? My issue is I keep dosing off before my sleep window (2-8am) around 11PM-12AM and just decide to go to sleep to which by that time to which my dosing off has already gotten me awake enough to not fall back asleep
Should I practice staying awake till sleep window?

2. My own experience is mostly negative in that I’ll feel sleepy on the couch on phone/watching TV, then as I’m going to bed or in bed I’ll slowly be more awake and less ‘really sleepy’. I find myself mostly waiting 10-20min which then turns into hours of sleeplessness / stage 1 sleep (even though it doesnt feel like sleep)…thoughts? Part of me wants to move TV into bedroom but I dont want to depend on it to sleep.
