✘ Not a clientThis is exactly what is happening to me. I’m not getting sleep in bed, but in other places aside from. Because sleep effort naturally seems to go away when I’m not in bed, at least for me, it could be different for other people.

✘ Not a clientThank you so much for your response Martin. It makes sense what you’re saying. My doctors just say to try to meditation and sleeping pills. I don’t want to rely on sleeping pills though. I have been trying to use your techniques.
