What I find very difficult is having a very bad nights sleep. I am then very tired during the day and resist the strong impulse to fall asleep. I then get close to the evening and the anxiety build about having a good sleep that night, thinking it will be easy to get to sleep but then I get so anxious I wont sleep and sure enough I am wide awake and the anxiousness build again meaning I cant go to sleep.
Any thoughts? thanks
