    Sure.
    As with my OSA and subsequent CPAP machine, the usage of that machine and my trouble sleeping are every night issues not just a couple times a week.

    I see my alarm clock for various reasons:
    Going to the bathroom is one way.
    Sometimes I awake on that side of my body and just see it that way.
    Other times can be that if I’m struggling (elevating my body temperature) to get back to sleep, the warm moist air from my CPAP machine (and exhaling) tends to condensate in my mask. That condensation cause two things:
    One is simply removing my mask and shaking the moisture out and return to sleep.
    The other being letting my machine go through its cool down cycle so that when I put my mask back on to return to sleep the air is cool again and without the moisture.
