I think the answer you are looking for is Nothing….still would be doing all the same things just be more well rested. I would be more engaged with family and friends, I would be expanding my horizons.
Sleeping of course! I would have loads more energy and be more productive!
I am actually so anxious that I cannot lay in bed.
Other than begin awake I do not know why I am anxious. There is nothing I am thinking, just being awake in the middle of the night knowing that I may not go back to sleep seems to be my trigger. I listen to soft music, get my mind off of me and I eventually give up and hopefully go back to sleep.
