Hi Martin, thank you for all your wonderful and helpful information on insomnia. I have struggled with sleep problems since 14. Nothing in particular triggered it. Back then at 14 it developed into more of an anxiety to fall asleep so I wouldn't/couldn't and became a vicious circle. Over the years it has certainly improved at times and worsened at others. Currently, much older, it appears to be triggered by worry. I worry a lot about stuff that is not that bad in the morning. It affects me falling asleep and then staying asleep as I regurgitate the same information all night (even in my dreams).
